Damages and Issues

Inspect your order upon receipt and notify us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly. However, we cannot accept returns for perishable goods (food, flowers, plants), custom/personalized items, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.


For the fastest exchange, return the original item first. Once accepted, place a separate order for the new item.


We’ll notify you after inspecting your return to confirm if a refund is approved. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

Contact us if you don’t receive an approved refund within 15 business days.
