Will I receive a tracking number for my package?
Yes, tracking numbers will be sent as soon as we are able to ship your order. However, please be aware that additional delays may arise due to factors beyond our control, such as postal delays or customs inspections. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
My Tracking Says “No Information Available At The Moment”.
For some shipping companies, it may take 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system.
What do I do if my order is lost in the mail?
Each order is sent with insured shipping and handling to prevent lost packages. If your order happens to get held at customs, lost in transit, or returned to us for any reason, we have your back! While the postal service is out of our control once your package leaves our warehouse, we will take care of any issues that may arise.
